TASC Psychology provides individual, group and relationship therapy for adult residents of Wisconsin, offering various avenues for support and growth. With flexible options for in-person or telehealth sessions and an integrative approach rooted in evidence-based treatments, therapy at TASC is accessible, personalized, and effective.

Individual therapy at TASC offers a space to work one-on-one with a licensed clinician. Most commonly individuals initiate individual therapy at TASC for depression, anxiety, addiction or recovery, sleep disorders, interpersonal stressors, relationship concerns, and for support in regulating emotions or the way they respond to situations.

Group therapy is effective as a stand-alone or add-on service, offering an environment for connection and growth through shared experience. TASC offers several groups, ranging from those that are narrowly-focused to more supportive in nature. Individuals can initiate therapy by completing an inquiry form here or by clicking the button below. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an initial consultation, which is free of charge. If determined to be a good fit to work together, we will proceed with scheduling the initial session.

All fees are commensurate with Dr. Grusecki’s credentials, training and specializations, and community standards.
Psychotherapy services are priced as follows for 50-minute sessions:
Individual session: $200
Group Therapy: Please Inquire or learn more here.
Couples or relationship: $310
Return Clients: Clients who have previously worked with Dr. Grusecki or return for services are set at a different, previously established rate.
Low Fee & Sliding Scale: TASC Psychology reserves a select number of openings for those interested in sliding-scale or low-fee services. TASC also offers low fee services to those in health professions, food service industry workers, and first responders. As TASC Psychology remains committed to providing accessible care, everyone interested in services is encouraged to reach out, regardless of financial concerns or limitations.
Insurance: TASC Psychology is not affiliated with any particular insurance panel at this time. Therefore, TASC is considered “out of network" or "private pay." We assist individuals seek reimbursement with a superbill and through Mentaya. Please note, TASC Psychology does not communicate with insurance on your behalf. We cannot guarantee anything your insurance will or will not do and we do not agree to comply with any demands or requests from your insurance company to process a claim.

At this time, TASC Psychology only provides therapy services to adult (18+) residents of Wisconsin.
Therapy services are available to all adult residents regardless of background, legal status, or orientation.
TASC Psychology is not a good fit for individuals who are acutely symptomatic, require ongoing crisis intervention, or are assessed to be in need of a higher level of care. In these situations, TASC Psychology makes efforts to assist individuals as they get connected for services.

Therapy at TASC is personalized to you and your goals. On our end, all modalities, interventions and recommendations are consistent with best practices. You can learn more about evidence-based treatment options here.
The length of therapy is highly individualized and, of course, individuals have the autonomy to begin and end services at their discretion. Some individuals participate in more structured, narrowly focused treatments that can be brief or last anywhere from 12-15 weeks. Others elect to engage in long-term therapy, more consistent with supportive therapy, with less structure.
Relatedly, the frequency of sessions varies based on individual needs. Some individuals benefit from weekly sessions, wherein others schedule sessions every other week, monthly, or on an as-needed basis.
